From low intensity classes such as yoga and Pilates, to high energy classes like Body Combat and Zumba, the wide variety means that you can tailor your class choices to your goals.

By maintaining this discipline with regularity and devotion, one acquires steadiness of body and mind.

A session of invigorating and motivating fitness may be just what you need to get you on the way to achieving your goals. Combined with upbeat cardio and jungle themed bass this class promises to be a fierce and fun workout to unleash your inner warrior! Incorporating punching, kicking and dance, whether you want to release built up stress or just work out, this class is combat with a difference.

A LES MILLS instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. 

LES MILLS CX Worx

LES MILLS CX Worx

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.

All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

LES MILLS GRIT Strength

LES MILLS GRIT Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

LES MILLS Bodyvive

Team Hud are introducing a new LESMILLS class to our timetable; Bodyvive!

If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it. 

In Bodyvive you can be sure you’re heading into one of safest and most effective workouts around. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, running and tubing exercises will help you burn up to 490 calories each class. Without the higher intensity of bodycombat or bodypump, you can join a class that may suit you if you are not a fan of strength training or faster paces, and still come out feeling that you have had a good workout by working all aspects of your health.

Kettlebells

Combine cardio, strength and flexibility training through a variety of exercises using just a kettlebell. This class will help to build strength and endurance particularly in the lower back, legs and shoulders through basic movements.

Pilates

 

Pilates

Pilates is a series of interconnected movements, each with a purpose and a breathing pattern, it integrates mind and body resulting in increased energy and relaxation. Muscles are used deeply without stress and tension. Because of its precise nature anyone, regardless of age or fitness level, can enjoy and benefit from Pilates Matwork. The Pilates Method improves muscle control, flexibility, strength, co-ordination and tone. The essence of a Matwork class is core control, which results from strengthening the deep abdominal and back muscles. Back and neck pain become history and proper alignment and graceful posture your natural assets.

Spinning

Spinning is a high intensity, choreographed class performed on stationary bikes alongside a qualified indoor cycling instructor. Amazing to improve leg strength, endurance and for weight loss, this class will get you motivated, energised and inspired. The powerful music and variety in routines will keep you driven to meet your goals.  

Zumba

Zumba

Zumba is a lively and exciting exercise class, giving you a beneficial and effective workout. Zumba will improve your fitness through choreographed routines and will motivate you with exciting music. Since you'll burn an average of 369 calories in one class, it's also an ideal way of aiding in weight loss or maintenance.

Rave 'n' Ride

Rave 'n' Ride

This session will be set to the most uplifting dance music, sure to get you motivated like never before. The class will increase your cardiovascular fitness and have all the other benefits you should expect from a ‘Spin’ session. 

Step & Tone

Step & Tone

This class combines aerobic step training with intervals of resistance training. This is a complete body workout, utilising a range of equipment of equipment. The class is set to uplifting Zumba tracks, all of which will combines to leave you feeling upbeat and ready to take on the world!
