How do I register?
Register a new account
- From the homepage, click the Register button which is located on the right hand side of the page above basket.
- Fill out all the fields displayed. If these are not recognised, please Contact us to check your membership details.
- For the ‘Membership card number’ you need to enter the first 7 digits only which is located on your staff or student card.
- Click Register
- You will then receive an email with the activation link.
Activate your account
- Click on the activation link sent to the email you supplied.
- Confirm the answer to your security question.
- Create and confirm your desired password.
- Click Activate
- Congratulations, you are now logged on and ready to book classes!
Registration notes
- Please enter a current email address that you check on a regular basis. This email address will also be used for booking confirmations re-activation links in the event you forget your passwords.
- Your membership card number will be the first 7 digits on your staff or student card.
- You will be asked to answer your security question on activating your account so please remember this.
- If you are a member of the public or unsure of your membership card number, please contact us
How do I log on?
- From the homepage, select Log on link located on the right hand side of the page.
- Enter the Username and Password and click log on
How do I make a fitness class booking?
- To book a class, select Classes from the selections on the left.
- Following this, please select your preferred class from the drop-down menu under activity, and select the date of class. The times will be automatically generated to recognise when the class can take place, and finally click Search.
- Once you have selected your booking and added it to your basket, you need to confirm that you accept the Terms and Conditions by ticking the box and click Checkout.
- Finally, you will see a summary of the booking you have selected. To confirm the booking is made you must click on the 'Make Bookings' link. You will receive a confirmation email of your booking and the confirmation page with an option to print off your booking receipt.
- Please be aware that classes can be booked up to 14 days in advance.
How do I cancel my fitness class booking?
- You have the option to cancel a pre-booked class place, using your online account.
- Select the Account History tab to view your booking history.
- Use the classes tab and select the class you wish to cancel.
- Click the delete icon (x) next to the class name to cancel.
- The booking shall be removed from your history.
