HIIT 2

Let's Bounce

Using mini trampolines choreographed moves, this class is fun, uplifing and improves weight loss.
Duration: 45 minutes

Step & Tone

This class combines aerobic step training with intervals of resistance training. This is a complete body workout, utilising a range of different equipment. This class is set to uplifting Zumba music.

This fun workout will help you improve your cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. You will use a great range of equipment all set up to keep you motivated and you will feel the progression week by week.

HIIT

HIIT is designed to increase your heart rate with high intensity efforts followed by short rest times. Expect to complete a variety of exercises using the range of equipment on offer in the performance suite.

GRIT PLYO

Les Mills Grit Plyo is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body.

Combining functional fitness exercises with free weights this express workout will help you achieve the desired body shape in no time at all. The class is scheduled in our new performance suite a perfect environment for a group work-out.

Body Balance is the yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm.

Bhangra is worldwide popular punjabi dance. The earliest developed of these was a folk dance conducted by Punjabis in the central northern areas of the region to celebrate the harvest.
This class is upbeat, fun and will leave you feeling really energised. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

BARRE

LES MILLS BARRE is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, LES MILLS BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.

Zumba is a lively and exciting exercise dance based class, providing you with a great workout. This class is set to classic Zumba tunes to which the choreographed exercise is set.

Spinning is a high-intensity choreographed class performed on stationary bikes alongside a qualified indoor cycling instructor.

Rave 'n' Ride

RAVE 'N' RIDE

This session will be set to the most uplifting dance music, sure to get you motivated like never before. The class will increase your cardiovascular fitness and have all the other benefits you should expect from a 'spin' session.

CORE

PILATES

Pilates is a series of interconnected movements each with a purpose and breathing pattern. This class will help your core strength, help to mobilise your spine and joints and will re-balance the muscles of the body.

Cx Worx

CX WORX

Start with strength and cardio and move into exercising the muscles of the core, all of which combines for the ultimate workout.

Barre Pilates

A ballet inspired workout using basic ballet positions, incorporating conventional lower body strengthening moves mostly performed at the barre. This class is a fun and functional way to tone the whole body with mat based core and upper body exercises. At the end of the class to balance the body there are lengthening and relaxing stretches.

ABS BLAST

This instructor led session will provide you with an intense workout the Abs. Focussing on great technique which will give you the results you desire, it’s a class not to be missed.
